The first 72 hours are the ones that show up in your records.
After a crash, adrenaline can mask whiplash and soft-tissue pain for a day or two. By the time you feel it, the gap between the crash and your first medical visit is already in the records — and adjusters and attorneys both look at that gap.
A same-week evaluation does three things:
- Documents what hurts and when, in plain language.
- Gives you a written plan you can share with your attorney or adjuster.
- Tells you whether chiropractic is the right fit — or whether you need a different provider first.
We don't promise outcomes. We tell you what we see, in writing.
What happens at your first visit
- Intake (10 min). What happened, when, what hurts, what you've already done.
- Physical exam (20 min). Range of motion, orthopedic and neurological checks, palpation. Notes are written down as we go, not after.
- Imaging referral if needed. We refer out for X-ray or MRI if the exam findings warrant it. We don't run unnecessary scans.
- Plain-English summary. What we found, what we recommend, what it costs, and what to expect. You leave with a written copy.
- Insurance & attorney coordination. If you have an attorney or open no-fault claim, we coordinate billing directly so you're not in the middle.
You're in and out in about an hour. No upsell. No surprise bill.
What this costs you
| Your situation | What we do |
|---|---|
| MN no-fault / PIP active | We verify benefits and bill your auto insurer directly. Most PI patients pay $0 at the visit. |
| Working with an attorney | We bill on lien (Letter of Protection) when appropriate. Often $0 out of pocket on qualifying cases. |
| Med-pay or major health insurance | We verify benefits before the visit and tell you your share before you walk in. |
| No coverage / cash pay | Transparent flat pricing. We tell you the number before you book. |
| HSA / FSA | Accepted for eligible visits. |
If we're not the right fit financially or clinically, we say so and refer you. You won't get a runaround.
Working with your attorney (or finding one)
If you already have an attorney: we send copies of exam notes, treatment notes, and progress reports directly to their office on a schedule you agree to. We've worked with most of the East Metro PI firms.
If you don't have an attorney yet: we'll see you regardless. We don't push you to hire one, and we don't get paid for referrals. If you ask, we can give you a short list of firms we've worked with — that's it.
"It's not about pressure. It's about facts." — How we approach every PI exam.
What we see most after a crash
General education — not a diagnosis or promise. We evaluate first.
- Whiplash and neck strain
- Headache that started after the crash
- Lower back pain, sciatica-pattern leg pain
- Mid-back / rib soreness from seatbelt impact
- Shoulder strain, especially the side holding the wheel
- Jaw soreness or clicking
- Dizziness, brain-fog, or trouble concentrating since the crash
- Symptoms that started 24–72 hours later, not right away
If your situation isn't on this list, we still want to hear from you. Tell us what happened.

Quick questions
How soon can I be seen?
Same-week is standard. If you call before noon Mon–Fri, often the same day.
Will an evaluation here affect my driving record or insurance rates?
No. A medical evaluation is not reported to driving records. It's documentation of your injury for your own use, your attorney, and your insurance claim.
I don't have car insurance — can you still see me?
Yes. We figure out coverage at the front desk. Med-pay, attorney lien, HSA/FSA, or transparent cash pricing — we'll tell you the number before you book.
Do I need to bring anything?
Photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, the police report or claim number if you have one, and any imaging discs. Don't have it all? Come anyway.
Do you speak Hmong?
Yes. Front desk is bilingual English / Hmong. Just let us know on the form.
What if chiropractic isn't the right fit for my injury?
We tell you. We refer to medical, ortho, or PT when that's the right call. We don't keep patients we can't help.
